Lov on Montreal’s de la Montagne serves some pretty delicious vegan & vegetarian fare and I lov (ha!) that the theme continues when you enter the men’s room.
It always makes me laugh to see a double toilet and I know of two classics in Montreal (the other one being in the ladies room at Candi Bar).
Here at this popular live music venue, Cafe Resonance, you can bring all the support you need as you go about your business.
One of Toilography’s favourite restaurants in Montreal is Mozza Pâtes et Passions. This was my third visit in just as many years – I keep returning not only for their open & experimental take on Italian cuisine (where else can you get linguine with porto & goats cheese on the menu?) but for the ultimate dessert: the famous DISCO TOILET!!
I’ve seen a number of disco toilets over the years but this fabulous loo at Mozza remains my #1 🙂
Here at La Graine Brûlée in Montreal’s Gay Village there are actually signs on the restroom doors warning people with epilepsy to see staff at the counter before going inside! The strobe lighting is on point inside their artful, dimly lit stalls.
I paid a much-anticipated return visit to the very sugary Candi Bar during my weeklong trip to Montreal. The restrooms (and cocktails) at this bar are among the sweetest in all of Montreal.
Firstly, get a load of these 👄 urinals:
If that’s not cool enough then how about this circus-themed stall in the mens room?
And finally in their unique ladies room you can even bring a friend!
Toilography had been to Cinko before but here’s a few snaps from my most recent visit. Its one of my Montreal favourites because of the awesome black & white artwork painted on the porcelain.
I remember last time I was here the throne was cracked so it looks like they’ve since replaced it with a shiny new one!
